About Me

I am a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists. I have over 15 years of experience working in the NHS, Ministry of Defence and Private Practice, primarily with people with a range of neurological conditions (such as strokes, brain injuries, spinal injuries, Parkinson's disease) and traumatic injuries. I have a specialist interest in rehabilitation of cognitive and executive skills (thinking), upper limb rehabilitation and vocational rehabilitation (returning to work, education or leisure activities).
I have post graduate training in stroke rehabilitation, cognitive rehabilitation and coaching & self management.
What is Occupational Therapy?
The Royal College of Occupational Therapists say that "Occupational Therapy helps you live your best life at home, at work - and everywhere else. It's about being able to do the things you want and have to do."
Has an illness or injury impacted the way you live your life? Are you unable to do the things that you want to be able to do, or used to be able to do? Contact me to find out if I can help you get back to living your best life.

My Work

I offer Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention for people with a range of neurological conditions, traumatic injuries or after illness.
I work with you to achieve the things that are important to you, using a range of evidence based interventions and coaching.
This could be through a one off assessment and report, or through a longer period of rehabilitation. I offer on site visits at your home, work or location of your choice, or, if clinically appropriate, online rehabilitation sessions.
